Job Description
The Admin & Accounts Officer is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations and basic accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations
- Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
- Support HR activities and onboarding
- Maintain accounting records and vouchers
- Assist in preparation of invoices and payment processing
- Handle petty cash and bank reconciliations
- Assist in payroll preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
