Job Description
To ensure that all guest rooms, corridors, and service areas are maintained to the standards set by the Assistant Director Rooms. Rosewood Doha and Rosewood Residences Doha consist of an ultra-luxury hotel with 185 exquisite guestrooms and sumptuous suites.
Responsibilities
- Clean chairs, sofas, and carpets in guest bedrooms and public areas
- Remove chewing gum, candle wax, wine, and coffee stains
- Handle guest concerns and find resolutions to ensure satisfaction
- Collect equipment and clean departure rooms
- Ensure public areas and corridors are in immaculate condition
- Make up extra beds and baby cots as required
- Restock, clean, and put away trolleys before end of shift
- Ensure lost and found items are turned directly into Security
- Maintain and restock minibars in accordance with departmental procedures
- Monitor and report any misuse or unexplained stock discrepancies
