Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for partners, merchants, shoppers, and riders across KSA, UAE, and international markets
  • Handle requests, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency
  • Clearly communicate Quiqup’s processes, policies, and services
  • Resolve inbound requests and make outbound calls when needed
  • Coordinate daily orders and troubleshoot real-time logistics issues
  • Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges
  • Monitor service quality, missed attempts, and SLA performance

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in customer service, call center, operations, or support roles
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
