MEP Supervisor - Interior Fitout
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on MEP Supervisor with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to join our site operations team in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP services (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Firefighting).
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily MEP site activities
- Monitor and manage site technicians and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting
- Maintain adherence to UAE authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, Dubai Municipality)
- Report daily updates to Project Manager
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor in the UAE
- Proven track record in high-end Interior Fit-out projects
