A fast-growing organization in the healthcare analytics and revenue-cycle SaaS sector, we deliver cloud-native analytics and performance-management solutions that help hospitals, health systems, and payers improve reimbursement, reduce leakage, and drive operational efficiency. We are hiring a remote Customer Success Manager to ensure customers realize measurable ROI and long-term value across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned US-based healthcare accounts
  • Lead and execute customer onboarding and implementation plans
  • Develop and manage tailored success plans that increase product adoption
  • Own renewal and expansion processes
  • Monitor customer health using NPS, product usage, and revenue metrics
  • Convey customer feedback and prioritized feature requests to Product and Engineering

Qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare or enterprise SaaS customers
  • Must-Have: Salesforce, Gainsight, Customer Onboarding, Renewal Management, Churn Reduction Strategies, Net Promoter Score
