Job Description
As Director of Rooms, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Rooms department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. Lead a team of managers within Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Experiences.
Responsibilities
- Focus on rejuvenation of rooms experience
- Lead teams in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations
- Deliver financial returns related to revenue and profitability
- Operate property consistent with legal and financial requirements
- Manage host management practices and budgetary controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management or equivalent
- Minimum four years guest service/hotel experience
- Two years in a management capacity
