Job Description
The Employee Relations Specialist provides support to the Employee Relations Center of Excellence by reviewing inquiries and responding within guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and evaluate employee relations inquiries
- Utilize investigative guidelines to evaluate claims
- Write timely investigation reports
- Capture information in case management systems
- Analyze data to identify trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR and Investigations preferred
- Customer service focused
- Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
