Employee Relations Specialist

Job Description

The Employee Relations Specialist provides support to the Employee Relations Center of Excellence by reviewing inquiries and responding within guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and evaluate employee relations inquiries
  • Utilize investigative guidelines to evaluate claims
  • Write timely investigation reports
  • Capture information in case management systems
  • Analyze data to identify trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR and Investigations preferred
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
