Job Description
At Faithful Executive, we are currently seeking an experienced professional for one of our clients in the large-scale manufacturing / heavy industry sector. This is a rare opportunity to join a group-level executive leadership team at a critical moment of transformation and value creation.
Responsibilities
- Lead group-wide financial strategy, capital structure, and long-term value creation
- Drive full IPO readiness and execution, including regulatory compliance and investor relations
- Oversee manufacturing finance, industrial costing, and operational performance
- Manage treasury, risk management, governance, and internal controls
- Lead, structure, and develop a multi-site, multi-country finance organization
Qualifications
- 15–20+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles
- Professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA
- CMA and/or SEC readiness is mandatory
- Strong background in manufacturing finance, preferably within heavy industry
