Enterprise Risk Management Senior Specialist
Job Description
Responsible for developing and maintaining the organization’s Risk Management Framework. Design and update the Enterprise Risk Management framework based on ISO 31000 or COSO standards. Facilitate annual and quarterly risk workshops with department heads to identify emerging threats. Maintain the Corporate Risk Register and oversee departmental registers. Assist leadership in defining Risk Appetite and KRIs. Collaborate with Risk Owners to design internal controls. Follow up on mitigation action plans. Prepare high-level risk dashboards and reports for the Risk Committee and Board.
Responsibilities
- Implement ERM framework and standards
- Facilitate risk workshops and identification
- Manage corporate risk registers
- Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Prepare reports for Board Risk Committee
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or Business
- 4–6 years of experience in Risk Management
- Knowledge of ISO 31000 or COSO standards
