Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our Certified Pre Owned (CPO) Retail Sales team across the UAE. In this role, you will drive unit sales, maximize retained gross margins, and promote Finance & Insurance (F&I) products while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly unit sales targets
- Maximize retained gross margins to support branch profitability
- Meet monthly F&I sales targets
- Drive referral conversions by ensuring 100% second-facing with Showroom Managers
- Manage and convert leads from telephone, web, and walk ins
- Ensure accurate customer information is captured in C4C
- Stay current with brand campaigns and competitor activities
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
- A Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
