Job Description
As a Carrier Relations Manager at CEQUENS, you will be instrumental in fostering and nurturing enduring partnerships with Mobile Network Operators. You will serve as a crucial intermediary, dedicated to overcoming obstacles, maintaining high levels of satisfaction among MNO partners, and actively contributing to the expansion of CEQUENS' presence in the market.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with MNOs globally.
- Implement strategies to enhance partnerships with MNOs.
- Monitor industry standards and regulations related to MNOs.
- Present and promote CEQUENS' innovative technologies to MNO partners.
- Drive CPaaS sales by identifying opportunities and developing channel partnerships.
- Identify growth opportunities to expand presence in existing and new markets.
- Resolve any challenges or issues faced by MNO partners.
