Job Description
The Recruiter – Oil & Gas & Engineering will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, supervisory, and site-based roles, while also supporting structured onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and site roles
- Coordinate with line managers and project heads
- Source candidates through portals, referrals, and agencies
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers
- Coordinate onboarding and joining documentation
- Support HR-led employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain recruitment and onboarding data for reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, EPC, or Marine sectors
