Client Advisor - Luxury, Watches, Jewelry and Fashion
Job Description
As a Client Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our store by assisting customers and driving sales in the luxury segment.
Responsibilities
- Offer product information and guidance to customers
- Understand customer needs to recommend products
- Build customer database and follow-up with VIP customers
- Maintain clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS system
- Managing after sales service
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
