Job Description
Responsible for leading the organization’s global assurance function, providing independent oversight of governance, risk management, and internal control systems across a diversified international business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global internal audit and enterprise assurance function
- Provide independent assurance to the Chairman and Board
- Strengthen governance and risk management frameworks
- Oversee risk-based internal audit across business units
- Engage closely with executive leadership globally
Qualifications
- Current or former Big 4 Audit Partner
- Legal background required (LLB or equivalent)
- 20+ years of experience in audit, governance, risk, or assurance leadership
