Job Description
The Learning Strategist at Cisco will drive strategic vision and innovation to align priority learning initiatives with long-term organizational goals. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an 'always-on' learning strategy
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical skill gaps
- Lead the design and delivery of innovative learning programs
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy
- Leverage AI-enabled platforms and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate learning strategy or talent development
- Experience in scaling large-scale learning programs over 1,000 learners
