Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Temporary Recruiter to join our corporate team for a 6‑month assignment. In this role, you will support end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across the organization, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role may also support additional People Experience projects as required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, focusing on key competencies
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the progress of recruitment efforts, including candidate pipeline and feedback
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely scheduling and effective communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role
  • Assist with other HR related projects as needed

Qualifications
