Job Description

Responsible for the smooth operation of the outlet kitchen with emphasis on quality, presentation within guidelines of standardized menus, and staff training.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Outlet Kitchen preparation and presentation
  • Monitor standards of production and food cost
  • Participate in drafting concept ideas and menus
  • Ensure HACCP standards are implemented
  • Promote health & safety training

Qualifications

  • Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course
  • At least 3 years experience in quality establishments
  • Specialized excellent Italian culinary skills
  • Ability to communicate well in English
