Job Description
Responsible for the smooth operation of the outlet kitchen with emphasis on quality, presentation within guidelines of standardized menus, and staff training.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Outlet Kitchen preparation and presentation
- Monitor standards of production and food cost
- Participate in drafting concept ideas and menus
- Ensure HACCP standards are implemented
- Promote health & safety training
Qualifications
- Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course
- At least 3 years experience in quality establishments
- Specialized excellent Italian culinary skills
- Ability to communicate well in English
