Job Description

Multilane is adding an IT teammate to strengthen frontline support. You will be responsible for receiving and resolving incidents through the Service Desk, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and maintaining company computer systems.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, categorize, and resolve incidents/requests through the Service Desk.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues in person and remotely.
  • Provision and maintain user access (accounts, email).
  • Setup and configure laptops, desktops, and printers.
  • Monitor and maintain company computer systems.
  • Document and standardize fixes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience.
