Job Description
Sika is looking for an Import Operations & Customs Responsible to manage and monitor all import operations and coordinate with internal departments. The role includes following up on shipments until delivery and finalizing customs clearance procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all import operations and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up every shipment until delivery to warehouse
- Arrangement and finalizing of the customs clearance of the products
- Obtaining and arranging necessary documents for the Customs Agent
- Follow up Customs & Tax regulations
- Follow up payment with Finance Department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations
- Proficiency in import/export documentation and procedures
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs clearance processes
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of SAP
