Paid Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
At Hatch, we’re on a mission to help people build better sleep habits through smart sleep devices and science-backed content. We are looking for a Paid Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you'll execute, optimize, and operationalize paid social and video/CTV campaigns. You’ll work closely with Creative, Analytics, and external partners to drive efficient customer acquisition and improve channel performance. Hatch is based in California, so we ask that you’re available during PST/PDT hours.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day campaign management across paid social platforms
- Develop and maintain weekly performance reports identifying KPI trends
- Build cross-functional relationships with Creative, Marketing Ops, and Analytics
- Independently manage campaign execution and flag risks/opportunities
- Iterate on processes for pacing, reporting, and optimization using AI tools
- Support creative testing efforts and documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing paid social and/or video channels
- Highly proficient across ads manager platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest)
- Proficient in Google Sheets for pacing and reporting
