Solutions Consultant - AI Agents
Job Description
As a Solutions Consultant for Lucidya's AI Agents, you will own the process of identifying pilot opportunities, mapping workflows, and establishing success criteria for agentic CX solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify pilot opportunities in high-potential sectors
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business problems and CX workflows
- Translate customer problems into structured, logical workflows
- Define primary KPIs and pilot success criteria
- Own the storytelling and value narrative for each pilot
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for prioritization
Qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in CX, digital consulting, or SaaS pre-sales
- Minimum 3 years in enterprise SaaS focused on CX, CRM, or marketing automation
- Fluency in English required, Arabic a strong advantage
