Job Description
Responsible for selling preventive maintenance contracts and after-sales services for elevators, garage doors, and property maintenance solutions. Combines technical understanding with sales skills to secure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) deals, support service operations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new maintenance contract opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Build strong relationships with building owners, facility managers, property developers, and FM companies
- Conduct site inspections to assess equipment condition, maintenance history, and service needs
- Prepare maintenance quotations, technical/commercial offers, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Develop tailored AMC plans
- Lead pricing, contract terms, spare parts coverage, and response time negotiations
- Act as primary point of contact for customers throughout the contract period
- Track competitor maintenance packages, pricing, and service trends
- Keep accurate records of leads, quotations, contracts, and renewals
