Senior Manager Sales Academy EMC
Job Description
This role is responsible for contributing to commercial targets by identifying and analyzing the training needs of all sales channels and developing a strategic plan to include training delivery and training programs to drive the business in alignment with global sales and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team of EMC training managers and ensure consistency and quality
- Own and manage the EMC training calendar
- Lead the revision and adaptation of training materials from global/EM
- Oversee multi-language translation of training materials
- Ensure retail teams possess skills for premium customer service and business KPIs
- Support Franchise training operations and standards
- Support Wholesale training operation for seasonal product learning
- Leverage technology and modern training tools
- Manage and optimize training budget across EMC markets
- Conduct market visits periodically to support implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a multinational organization
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- University degree in Business /HR /L&D or any related field
- Advanced user of MS-office
- Fluency in English (both written & verbal)
- Experience in retail sales training / learning & development role with operations background
