Job Description
The Field Coordinator is responsible for tracking the implementation of the Not Alone Program at the grassroots level. This includes monitoring program activities, ensuring compliance with Coptic Orphans' quality standards and policies, and coordinating with volunteer representatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to oversee program activities
- Review and determine the eligibility of nominated volunteer representatives and child participants
- Facilitate orientations for newly nominated volunteer representatives
- Monitor the work of volunteer representatives, providing guidance and feedback
- Provide coaching and capacity-building support to volunteer representatives
- Ensure proper program delivery within the allocated budget
- Review and audit expense and needs assessment reports
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly field reports
- Assist in planning and coordinating program events and logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in field coordination, community development, or project tracking
- Experience working with the Coptic community is an asset
