Job Description
The role orchestrates activities to enable cross-functional teams to deliver commercial marketing excellence by establishing effective Sales & Marketing processes; educating Sales & Marketing communities on best ways of working; and enabling them with appropriate tools.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Sales & Marketing processes.
- Define and manage the implementation of projects for commercial organization.
- Create process training materials.
- Track process compliance through KPIs.
- Develop standard reports and commercial analysis.
- Supports the sales incentive process.
- Develop and conduct sales analytics using customer and market data.
- Identify and propose new applications for commercial organization.
