Operation Coordinator
Job Description
Responsible for overseeing pick-slip operations including picking, checking, packing, and loading of goods against RDD/Delivery schedules in an Oracle environment.
Responsibilities
- Receives pick slips from Oracle (Non-MOH)
- Check/review Pick-slip and assign labor for each pick-slip
- Supervise picking activity and ensure all orders are accurately picked and checked
- Ensure the correct use of packing materials to avoid damages or temperature excursions
- Assign staff for labeling and document preparation
- Close all physically completed orders in Oracle
- Troubleshoot problems during picking and escalate inventory discrepancies
- Report & update temperature excursions during picking and packing process
- Train and coach new and existing staff on procedures
- Record and maintain Productivity sheet for each activity
- Ensuring Safety & 5S standards are followed on shop floor
