Job Description
The Commercial Operations Manager leads commercial activities, ensures efficient contract execution, and manages customer relationships. This role involves lead review and negotiation of Terms & Conditions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation of Terms & Conditions with customers
- Oversee the preparation of cost sheets and commercial offers
- Ensure timely submission of proposals in response to RFQs
- Monitor customer orders through production follow-up
- Develop and maintain reports and KPIs to track performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in commercial management
- Proven track record in reviewing and negotiating customer T&Cs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
