HR Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations and recruitment activities. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews, assessments, and onboarding sessions.
  • Help manage attendance, leaves, and internal HR trackers.
  • Support HR team in employee engagement activities.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and redirect when needed.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all HR-related information.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
