Primary point of contact for engineering and construction clients. Responsible for ensuring seamless communication and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (UAE/GCC preferred)
