Public Relations Officer
Job Description
The Public Relations Officer is responsible for handling and completing all government-related procedures through in-person visits and manual processing. This field-based role ensures the company’s legal and administrative requirements are met by directly coordinating with government offices, ministries, and service centers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to government entities (Jawazat, Labor Office, etc.)
- Submit, follow up on, and collect official documents (visas, Iqamas, licenses)
- Ensure timely renewal of legal documents
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Represent company professionally with authorities and clients
Qualifications
- University degree in business administration or relevant discipline
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR/Public/Government Relations role
- Familiarity with regulatory environment and government portals
