Job Description
The Enterprise Performance Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the performance management team in driving B2B strategic objectives to drive commercial performance targets and analytics by regularly supporting in the review of performance, quality, and key KPI metrics.
Responsibilities
- Support in the identification of areas of potential commercial improvement by running advanced analytics
- Support the enterprise performance management team in proving or disproving given hypotheses
- Record commercial channels KPIs
- Carry out statistical analysis and support the generation of actionable insights
- Support the design of performance policies & set performance objectives
- Identify core issues and propose solutions to performance barriers
- Maintain accurate and rich intelligence data sets
- Develop, automate and circulate key sales scorecards and dashboards
- Synthesize market landscape and trends by product line
- Deliver regular reports to performance management Senior Specialist
- Compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies
- Adhere to all environmental requirements set by statutory bodies in Kuwait
