Manager, Integrated data, AI & analytics platform
Job Description
The Manager – Integrated Data, AI & Platforms, is responsible for the design, development, and governance of enterprise control platforms. This role ensures that all infrastructure and application platforms operate within defined security, financial, and operational guardrails.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Policy-as-Code (PaC) frameworks
- Develop and maintain centralized control mechanisms for resource provisioning
- Define standards for platform health
- Work closely with Architecture to translate blueprints into scalable solutions
- Oversee maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) libraries
- Lead troubleshooting for complex systemic issues
- Govern RTO, RPO, and uptime for mission-critical systems
- Enforce cloud and platform budgets and FinOps
- Control how external providers operate in the digital estate
Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications are advantageous (Cloud Architect, Data Engineering, TOGAF)
