F&B Service Supervisor
Job Description
Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Complete opening and closing duties, inspect storage areas for FIFO and cleanliness, and monitor dining rooms.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff teamwork and grooming
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Manage FIFO in storage areas
- Conduct scheduled inventories and stock requisitions
- Monitor dining room service and guest well-being
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
