Job Description

Orchestrate Consulting Group is helping a client in the Healthcare Services industry find an Administrative Assistant. The role involves managing front desk responsibilities, assisting the Chief Human Resources Officer, and supporting HR special projects. The position offers competitive compensation and a regular Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk responsibilities (calls, emails, mail, supplies)
  • Maintain intranet, directories, and organizational charts
  • Assist Chief HR Officer and HR Directors with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Monitor access and assist with auditing HR programs
  • Perform general office duties for the leadership team

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in office administration, human resources, or a related field preferred
  • 3 - 5+ years of executive-level administrative, office management, or human resources experience
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
