Marketing Administrator
Job Description
The Marketing Administrator is the operational backbone of the marketing team, responsible for executing and coordinating day-to-day marketing activities that support Bennie’s brand and inbound lead generation. This role operationalizes strategy through strong systems management, content coordination, and cross-functional communication. Bennie is an employee benefits broker and platform. This is a fully remote position with an estimated annual salary range of USD 65,000 to USD 85,000.
Responsibilities
- Manage HubSpot, including contact management and list segmentation
- Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows and email campaigns
- Monitor deliverability and ensure platform best practices
- Coordinate production timelines for blogs, reports, and webinars
- Ensure all assets are QA’d, scheduled, and distributed properly
- Draft first-pass copy for emails and social posts
- Manage creative briefs and coordinate design resources
- Assist with event planning and logistics
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in marketing operations, coordination, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
