Job Description
BnBerry is hiring a senior sales leader to drive global new customer acquisition and distribution expansion. You will build a high-performance sales operation, establishing scalable processes and lead a team of SDRs.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale global sales motion for customer acquisition
- Design and implement scalable sales processes and performance metrics
- Coach and manage SDRs and AEs
- Own pipeline health and forecasting using HubSpot
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure go-to-market execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B sales
- 2+ years managing SDRs and AEs
- Experience and strong network in hotel or hotel tech sales
- Expert-level understanding of automation and funnel optimization
- Fluent English
