Job Description

BnBerry is hiring a senior sales leader to drive global new customer acquisition and distribution expansion. You will build a high-performance sales operation, establishing scalable processes and lead a team of SDRs.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and scale global sales motion for customer acquisition
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes and performance metrics
  • Coach and manage SDRs and AEs
  • Own pipeline health and forecasting using HubSpot
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure go-to-market execution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B sales
  • 2+ years managing SDRs and AEs
  • Experience and strong network in hotel or hotel tech sales
  • Expert-level understanding of automation and funnel optimization
  • Fluent English
