RedCore is looking for an experienced People Partner to join our team. You will support HR processes, manage employee turnover, and consulting managers in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement HR processes and manage changes
- Analyze employee turnover and develop retention programs
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding
- Partner with management on team development
- Maintain HR analytics and reporting
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong business-oriented mindset
- English: Intermediate (B1) or higher
- Proficient in Ukrainian or Russian (C2)
