Job Description
Responsible for leading and executing the full Human Resources function in the Kingdom, acting as a strategic HR Business Partner while ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership
- Support workforce planning and performance management
- Lead all HR-related government transactions via Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad
- Lead recruitment strategy aligned with business growth
- Oversee payroll coordination in compliance with WPS
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with KSA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Law
- 4-6 years total professional experience
- Minimum 4–6 years in a managerial HR Generalist role within KSA
