Job Description

Responsible for leading and executing the full Human Resources function in the Kingdom, acting as a strategic HR Business Partner while ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership
  • Support workforce planning and performance management
  • Lead all HR-related government transactions via Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad
  • Lead recruitment strategy aligned with business growth
  • Oversee payroll coordination in compliance with WPS
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with KSA regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Law
  • 4-6 years total professional experience
  • Minimum 4–6 years in a managerial HR Generalist role within KSA
