Quantity Surveyor MMUP Grade A
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for infrastructure related projects. Candidates must have Grade A registration with Ministry of Municipality.
Responsibilities
- Contract management of complex infrastructure projects
- Project monthly valuation preparation
- Assess and valuate Contractor’s claims
- Preparation and submission of SI, VO, and Claims
- Resolve commercial issues, variations, and EOT evaluations
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary project management teams
Qualifications
- Ministry of Municipality Registered Grade A in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) preferred
- Arabic nationality preferred
- 12-15 years of experience in consultancy firms
- Experience in Pumping Station infrastructure is required
- Conversant with FIDIC or other international forms of contract
