Job Description
The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth, engaging, and compliant onboarding experience for all new hires. This role partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and hiring managers to help new employees feel welcomed, prepared, and set up for success from day one.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process
- Prepare and distribute onboarding documentation
- Ensure completion of pre-employment checks
- Serve as main point of contact for new hires
- Partner with IT and facilities for equipment readiness
- Maintain accurate employee records in the ATS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
