Sales Coordination Officer

Job Description

The Sales Coordination Officer provides administrative and coordination support to the sales team. This role ensures smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication between internal departments and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and customer-related documents
  • Follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales data
  • Coordinate with accounts department regarding payments and billing
  • Assist in organizing sales campaigns and promotional activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in coordination and sales
  • Diploma Degree and above in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
