Join Alshaya Group's Supply Chain & Procurement department to conduct food safety audits, manage 3rd party inspections, and follow local food safety legislation.
Responsibilities
- Conducting local quality and food safety audits
- Coordinating 3rd party audits
- Following legal audits and new regulations
- Managing food analysis and pest control management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food engineering
- Min 3 years’ experience in food industry
- Knowledge of HACCP/Food Safety and legislation
- Excellent command of English
