Executive Director – PMCM Services
Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Director – PMCM Services to lead our operations in Saudi Arabia. This role oversees multiple project and construction management teams, ensures commercial performance, and drives market expansion within the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead the PMCM/Construction Supervision business unit in Saudi Arabia
- Drive year-on-year revenue growth and market share expansion
- Oversee financial performance across projects including fee management and commercial risk
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership
- Develop and execute the growth strategy for PMCM/CS services
- Lead business development efforts and client engagement
- Strengthen relationships with key clients to secure repeat commissions
- Ensure implementation of PMPs, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards
- Oversee complex projects including large rail and infrastructure programs
- Build and mentor high-performing multi-disciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 20+ years work experience in Project and Construction management
- Certification(s) in PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred
