Job Description

As an HR Specialist at Curana Health, you will support Leaves & Accommodations, M&A HR operations, fleet management administration, credentialing assistance, and compliance workflows. You will play a key role in building agile systems that fuel the rapid growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support M&A HR operations: pre-close data collection and file migrations
  • Administer fleet program documentation and compliance
  • Provide Tier-1 Help Desk coverage and execute HR transactions
  • Own end-to-end LOA administration including FMLA and state programs
  • Manage the ADA interactive process: intake, documentation, and tracking
  • Guide leaders on work restrictions and Return to Work plans

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience administering LOA/ADA programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves)
  • Strong understanding of federal/state leave regulations
  • Experience with third-party leave administration vendors
  • Ability to manage sensitive medical and personal information discreetly
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, credentialing, or compliance
  • Experience working in Workday or similar HRIS preferred
