Client Happiness Origination Associate I
Job Description
Our mission is to make higher education accessible and affordable for everyone. The Client Happiness Associate, Conversion & Sales will report into the Origination Leadership team. You will take a proactive approach via multiple channels to initiate contact with potential clients and guide them through the decision-making process towards conversion.
Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and SMS
- Employ tailored strategies to address client needs and guide them towards conversion
- Work closely with clients to navigate obstacles in the application process
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads
- Review and assess personal performance against conversion targets
- Assist in handling inbound calls related to Origination
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant sales and or customer success experience in consultative sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Zendesk is preferred
- Experience in student lending or financial aid space is a plus
