- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and motivate staff
- Assist in developing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Participate in menu planning and pricing strategies
