Warehouse Supervisor Materials
Job Description
Supervise all warehouse transactions/activities to meet the operational and quality requirements of receiving, inspection, storing, preserving, reporting and issuing materials/assets of the company. The supervisor will maintain and improve warehouse infrastructure, monitor inventory, and develop constructive working relationships with staff.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Department strategic plan
- Supervise the activities and work performed by assigned resources
- Develop warehouse operation strategy to control costs
- Review and approve all transactional documents
- Collect data and submit warehouse statistics
- Coordinate with end-user for inspections of newly received materials
- Manage external storage and local services contracts
- Ensure team members comply with policies and safety regulations
- Report shortages/overages and damages
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- 5 – 7 years of experience in the O&G Industry
- Warehouse Management: 7 years (Required)
- EWM: 3 years (Required)
- SAP Hana: 3 years (Required)
- SAP ERP: 5 years (Required)
- Petrochemical Industry: 4 years (Required)
- English - proficient
