Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in creating a smooth, positive experience for our customers. Your day will involve handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, managing product returns, and tracking orders, all while delivering a professional high standard of service.

Responsibilities

  • Execute customer orders and manage delivery flow
  • Accurately input product type, pricing, and quantity into the system
  • Follow up on customer complaints promptly
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or face-to-face
  • Communicate with sales and customers to clarify order details

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree certificate in any field is required
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in logistics and customer support is required
  • Arabic verbal communication proficiency is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory
