Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in creating a smooth, positive experience for our customers. Your day will involve handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, managing product returns, and tracking orders, all while delivering a professional high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Execute customer orders and manage delivery flow
- Accurately input product type, pricing, and quantity into the system
- Follow up on customer complaints promptly
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or face-to-face
- Communicate with sales and customers to clarify order details
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree certificate in any field is required
- 1 - 3 years of experience in logistics and customer support is required
- Arabic verbal communication proficiency is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory
