Job Description
Proactive and customer-oriented representative sought to serve as primary contact for freight forwarding clients. Manage inquiries and coordinate with sales team for business conversion.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact via email and phone
- Coordinate with Sales to follow up on inquiries
- Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Pricing, Accounts)
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics
