Senior Project Controls Manager
Job Description
Manages and/or leads the implementation and delivery of a range of PMO and Project controls to support commissions. Leads and guides team members within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence. Implementation of processes like Document Control, Master schedule development, Dependency identification, and Cost/earned value reporting. Develop KPIs to measure performance. Lead onboarding workshops and conduct compliance audits.
Responsibilities
- Lead the controls team in document control and master schedule development
- Monitor dependencies and interface management
- Implement cost and earned value reporting
- Develop KPIs to measure performance of controls functions
- Create and lead Program Controls onboarding workshops
- Conduct compliance audits for consultants and contractors
- Establish program master data sets
- Implement change management processes for programme controls
Qualifications
- Portfolio/program management experience working Client side in a PMO environment
- Relevant degree and experience delivering PMO services within construction
